I think there is companies and roles that hire in this campus and also have a good percentage of placement from this college.

You must be a higher secondary degree holder. Without this basic degree, you will not be let in the diploma course.Other than this if you are a graduate already then also you can go for this diploma course. But one thing that is to be kept in mind is that you must be from science stream, whether you have a degree in higher secondary or you are a graduate. Now, the next thing is that you must have the subjects-Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your qualifying examination. If you have passed 12th standard, then these three subjects must constitute your subject combination other than the language ones. If you are a graduate, then at least two of these subjects must be your pass subjects. Next, you must pass with 60% more in these subjects to be eligible to sit for the joint entrance examination for this course. I don't know how many of you know but, you must sit and clear the respective entrance examination for getting admitted in diploma in mechanical engineering.

For diploma in mechanical engineering students, the college needs INR 54000 per year. There are many students, they got scholarships.
