BVM is known for its placement result with more than 80 percent students who dost in the campus placement being absorbed into the industries. Reputed institutions good looking for suitable candidates. To keep seeing up to date and fully aware of such norms a special Training and Placement cell is established which consists of activities year long for training students into better candidates.

BVM comes under the educational branch of CVM which manages a large no of hostels which all cost not more than 30000. Also, they are many apartments for sale, many private hostels, PGs. All vary in prizes from luxurious to be just comfortable. For BVM hostel for both, they are no canteen but the food is readily available at cheap at outside campus vendors. Infrastructure is old but its now renovated regularly. Laboratories are required as well but not all equipment is functional.

To take admission in this college you are required to have pass your higher secondary exams from any board and have appeared in either JEE mains or GUJCET entrance exam ( this changes at times) Next you need to register yourself under ACPC, admission procedure for Gujarat colleges, which will take a 60-40 ratio of the marks scores in above exams and give you a rank. If you have the sufficient rank to apply in this college's courses then you will be able to do so provided there are vacant seats. You can also apply through management quota or through NRI admission. The cutoff for courses under government support is higher than the private ones.

There fees for one academic year in BTech is around 1 lakh and 20 thousand. But scholarships from both government and private institutions is always available for easing the fees burden.

Anand is an educational hub. You will meet a worse range of students from many colleges. There are many societies in the college itself got to dance, music, literature, tech geeks, etc. The college organizes its annual fees Udaan, a combo of tech and culture. Anand as a whole organizes cultural rest Volcano open for all colleges. Also, students do participate in the GTU festivals such as Xitij and many other colleges also organize their own festivals for students to participate.
