Nero's Review on B.K. Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce

My Internships is in Digital marketing as a technical advisor (stipend: INR 20,000 for 2months). Key companies: ICICI Bank, hexaware, DHL will come and give internships. The alumni network is spreader in every field. it is connected to a big platform that is what encourages the students to work hard.

There are no hostels. There are PG options in the college itself. But if outside college the cost is 20,000/month The food is good and hygienic. The canteen is seen to it that it has to be clean at all times, the cost is around 10-50 rupees The classrooms are well lit and are accommodated with suitable amount of benches there are some technical issues sometimes but can be solved; labs are well equipped and cleansed; the college houses the biggest library is consisting of 10000 and counting books the books are updated every year; the infrastructure is something that every student likes without a doubt

The eligibility to enter the BMS course is 12th pass from any college. There are no entrance exams for this. The cutoff for the course are as follows (Aggregate): Science: 90%(1 list) 70%(2 list) 55% (3 list)  Commerce: 95%(1 list) 80%(2 list) 70%(3 list)   Arts: 90%(1 list) 80%(2 list) 65%(3 list) (as per last year 2016-17)

Daily routine: the class timings are between 7am-5pm; many projects are allocated and the college focuses more on practical thinking, exams and assignments are also handled very efficiently. The method of teaching is mainly example based and is very interactive The college experience you get here can be explained in one word FAMILY you are nurtured like a family member in the college which make a bond with the students

The course fee at Birla College of Arts Science & Commerce is INR 14,070 per annum. There are many scholarship options available The average no. Of students that get scholarships are 100 No loans are needed

There are retract club, event committee, research cell etc. The festivals are biplots, MAYA, SEA, etc The college life here is like a camp every day you learn something new in a fun and matured manner
