Placements and Internships
Overall college is good But you have to hard work to achieve your goals. Senior are kind here No raging (DC Members save you) You have to struggle for internship No such main companies. Few include Infosys, Indian nave etc Average package is 2.5lacs and only 60% of CS IT placed only Rest all are good if you work hard
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
3 boys and 2 girls hostels are there in AKGEC. Hostel infra is good and there is 2 seater with fee 1.1 lacks yearly Food quality in college is not good. I would prefer to eat in outside PG as their food is great as compared. College food or mess is included in hostel fee. But outside food is at 40Rs per meal There are lots of outside PGs there infra is not good but they are at 30000 per year which is quite cheap as compared. Classroom, lab, libraries all are good. But WiFi is not so
Entrance Exams and Admissions

AKC GHAZIABAD (COLLEGE FOR BTECH) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1: You must be 12 past with at least 75% 2: Must qualify UPTU or AKTU entrance exam. Procedure: Complete your 12 . Register for the exam. Get rank up to 10000. Do counseling Tips: Cutoff marks no matter what you have to get is good rank All the best.
Academics and Faculty
College timing is 8:30 to 4:00 Exam is twice a semester and an end UT Assignment is quite good for UT Preparation Overall teaching is excellent My experience is also good in it.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee for Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] is INR 1.27lacs per year. Hostel fee is INR 1.1laks at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College. The scholarship is only SC, ST student (full fee) If your family income is low you have to take loan From any bank you want college to have no interference in that
Clubs and Associations
The campus is also good as compared to other colleges in competition. Students clubs and society is also here which is the best part of this college. Tech workshop held here but no fest is planned for students Life is as same as therein school if you came here for study only.

Placements & Internships : There is a very good placement for students pursuing computer science and Information technology. The average package is 2.5 LPA and more according to the ability of the students. The options for the other branches like ME/CE/EN is GATE.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For the admission in AKGEC, you have two options; one is through management quota and the other through entrance exam. Since it always remains in the top three list of private colleges in U.P, so you need to score very well in the entrance exam (UPTU) to get the college i.e under 7,000 ranks for general category. Also if you want to enter through management quota, you need to have 90% and above in PCM.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for admission is minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the relevant qualifying degree. Admission procedure is either AKTU entrance exam, JEE MAINS or direct admission. I took AKTU entrance exam. Typical cutoffs for my course maximum 12,500 in aktu entrance exam.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : AKGEC is an engineering college affiliated to AKTU (Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam technical universities). our college takes admission only based on the merit in UPTU entrance examination. In order to take admission in AKGEC, a student must have a rank below INR 15000 in UPTU entrance examination which is organized every year, most probably in the month of April.
