Placements and Internships

Placements are good in this college. Suitable placement training and guidance are given by the placement department. Companies like Accenture, Infosys are the mass recruiters. The highest package offered by the college is around 10-14 lakh per anum and minimum of 2-3 lakh per anum is offered.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Pg's are available nearby the campus. Food is good, both south and north style is available. Classrooms are good.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

The student must pass 12th-grade with good percentage. DSAT, KCET, COMEDK UGET are the entrance exam to get the admission in this college.

Academics and Faculty

The teaching method is simple since they make use of the projector for better understanding. College starts at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.The overall experience is pretty good, people are interactive and friendly and you get to learn a lot.

Fees and Scholarships

The course is different for different entrance exams like CET is around INR 70,000 to 80,000 per year and COMEDK is around INR 1.5-2 lakhs per year. Scholarship options are less in the college.

Clubs and Associations

Our institution conducts many numbers of campus activities such as technical fest in which the people are exposed to the technical environment to learn and explore the field. Apart from technical exposures, there are sports tournaments like cricket, football, basketball held by the Karnataka government. DSI has its own college fest called FURORE which is said to be one of the best college fests in Karnataka.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria are 12th pass or diploma in chemical engineering. Admission is through KCET or COMEDK. The Entrance exams which I took are KCET, COMEDK and JEE Mains The Cut-offs for general categories in KCET is around 9000.
