Placements and Internships
I have done internships with IIM Bangalore. Many companies hire from our college like ROBERT BOSCH, SHAPOORJI, PALLOJI, L&T, TCS, CTS, IBM, CAPGEMINI, TECH MAHINDRA, PAHARPOOR COOLING TOWERS, WBSEDCL, VEDA IIT, KOTAK, MAHINDRA, AMAZON etc. The average salary is INR 3.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 80% of the students get placed.The highest salary offered was INR 12 lakhs per annum. The alumni network is good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
4 hostels are there. The hostel fee is INR 95000 for 4 years. Food quality is average. Infrastructure is very good. Labs are well equipped.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The candidate must clear the WBJEE exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. The cutoff rank must be below 17000.
Academics and Faculty
Professors are awesome. Classes are from 10 am to 4:50 pm. Overall experience is fantastic.
Fees and Scholarships
My course fee is INR 1 lakh for 4 years. Yes, students get many scholarships. Around 10 students per Department get the scholarship. The loan is needed.
Clubs and Associations
There are few clubs like ATELIER photography club, CODERS club, DANCE club, MUSIC club, ROBOTICS club etc.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : First of all, you should give WBJEE entrance exam then through the e-counseling process you can take admission in JGEC. There is nothing about cut-off because every year it varies. But I think you should rank lesser than 5000 if you want to take admission.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings are very lenient and not at all demanding. The quality and method of teaching requires improvement It is a decent institution.
