As far as I know, there are many IT companies coming to recruit.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Eligibility criteria are you should get 90% in Maths and Science and Pass certificate from the board of intermediate. I took AEEE exam. It is conducted by the university itself. There are no proper cutoffs. Seats are given based on rankings. Like lowest ranks will be asked to choose the branch of interest and like this proceed to high ranks until the seats are filled.

Fees and Scholarships

2.5

For all B.Tech courses fee is around INR 3 lakh per annum. Scholarships are given to students with high scores. An average number of students getting scholarships is 250-300.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Amrita University has its own entrance exam called AEEE ( Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam). And if anyone wants to join Amrita university, he/she has to attempt the exam. They will provide you with your rank based on the marks obtained. And your admission process will be purely based on the rank. As far as the Aerospace Engineering course is concerned the cutoff rank will be nearly 5000 for open category students and the students who have not finished their 10+2 grade in south India.
