Hello evertone there. For all of you who aspire to join here, firstly you have to attempt the AEEE(Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam). Although management seats are available, are pretty costly. There is high level of competitions in the entrance exam with cut-off increasing year by year. On a academic note, the teaching is good and much in a way to good understanding of the students. As you enter your respective departments there are good number of electives that areoffered so as to you can select your respective areas of interests. A continuous assesment pattern is followed and CGPA(with relative grading) is one of the best methods of grading the students. professors are accessible even in their free times and the environment of interaction is very healthy. Projects are encouraged (you'll not be forced to one). timing and scheduling of caases exams and holidays would be given to you at the beginning of each sem to plan your schedule(as well as holidays). 

Scholarships ( apart from the one initially mentioned wrt entrance) is available on case to case basis. Meritorious students are recognised and awarded and special considerations are often provided. Bank loans are available with Dhanlaxmi bank having their own branch within the college campus.

The cultural and technical clubs within the college are the life of a student at any college. Amrita Bengaluru has a set of14+ cultural clubs and 13+ technical clubs not only within the engineering domain but reaching further domains to nurture students interests. the cultural teams have set a great reputation to the institution including at National level with our own college having its National Level fest annually. there is atleast one extra curruicular event on most of the days within the campus. these clubs also provide externl excurtions and exposure to the students. the students are givven responsibilty to handle organise and manage most of these activities
