Earlier, placement of my college was considered as good because many big companies used to visit the college and most of the students were placed but now fewer companies visit our college.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There is a girls' hostel in the college and the monthly hostel fee is around INR 5000. There are a lot of PGs available outside the college campus. Food in college is amazing and per meal, it costs around INR 20-30. Classrooms are very neat and clean, labs and libraries are properly maintained.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The basic eligibility criteria for entering into B.Com (Hons) is 12th pass with good percentage along with Mathematics. There is no entrance exam for this course .The cut-off for this course was 95%.
Academics and Faculty
The 1st lecture usually begins at 9:00 am. Students mostly get marks in internals on the basis of presentations and assignments along with class tests. The teachers are highly qualified and the teaching method is awesome.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee for B.Com (Hons) is around INR 9000. There are no scholarship options available. Loans are not required.
Clubs and Associations
There are a lot of societies in the college like dramatics, debating, poetry, dance, photography, music, fine arts, etc. The cultural fests, sports day, departmental fests are celebrated every year. Our cultural fest is known as 'Tryst'.
