Placements and Internships
The placement is very good in our college. More than 90% student got placed in our college. Companies like Oracle, IBM, Accenture, PwC, and Deloitte visits our campus. Oracle has offered highest package of 19LPA. PwC has offered internship. Accenture has given offer to 150 students. The average package is 5LPA. The placement starts mainly from the seventh semester.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure is quite good. Library is open 24*7 throughout the year. Classrooms are well lighted. Each classroom have projector in it. Hostel is there but outside college campus. PG are available at walking distance from the college. Labs are well equipped with all the required equipment. Library also have desktop which can be used for online learning.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria is having passed class 12th for B.Tech admission. The admission is based on the rank in WBJEE. There are some seats for management quota as well. The cutoff is high in good branches.

Academics and Faculty
The faculties are quite supportive in nature. They are available every time you need. They are highly qualified. They basically use a ppt for presentation and discuss from that ppt. The syllabus is quite updated. The faculty to student ratio is 1:4. Exams are always conducted on time. Library is always open. You can even study at night in library.

Fees and Scholarships
The total fees is around 6,00,000. The semester fees is around 70000 during my time. College also provides financial assistance to students in need. I have availed financial assistance from the college. The college has given me Rs 13000 for one semester. You can get loan easily as it is a reputed college. If you are from Bihar or West Bengal then you can get loan at 4% from student credit card scheme.

Clubs and Associations
There are various clubs that are being run in the college. There are many tech fests as well as cultural fest that are organized every year. Some clubs include IEM Coding Club and IEM E-cell. There is a basketball court in the campus and a dedicated indoor sports room in the campus.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There are two procedures of getting admission in this college. 1. Through JEEs and 2. Through Management Quotas. But since I took admission through WBJEE counselling, so don't have much knowledge about management quotas. The college takes admission through two JEEs; 1. JEE MAIN and 2. WBJEE. I took WBJEE, well the cutoffs for my branch was less than 2500. And different branches've different cut-offs.
