Placements and Internships
- I have done an internship at BOSCH Ltd. Nashik.
- It was a great learning experience. No stipend was offered.
- Accenture, Infosys and Wipro are mass recruiters and the key companies with the average salary figure of Rs 3.5 lakhs per annum.
- Core companies like Mahindra and Mahindra, Bosch and lBuestar gave a salary figure of about Rs 4.3 lakhs per annum at SRKNEC.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- No nearby hotels are there.
- College canteen is awesome and prices are reasonable at SRKNEC.
- Classrooms are well built and maintained but the wifi speed is very slow.
- Departmental buildings are old and boring.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria are to have PCM group in 12th standard for getting SRKNEC.
- 150+ is the typical cutoff for Industrial Engineering and it was 81 in MAH CET entrance examination for students coming in Hindu minority quota.
Academics and Faculty
- The college class timings vary for different branches.
- For industrial engineering it starts from 9:30 am till 4:30 pm and a break of 1 hr is given in between.
- Projects are conducted in the last 2 semesters.
- The quality and method of teaching are very good, all the teachers are very helpful and supportive.
- Overall experience in the college is great at SRKNEC.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is nearly Rs 110000 at SRKNEC.
- No scholarship options for students belonging to open category.
- Nearly 200 students from engineering field get scholarships every year from our college.
- Loans are easily available from UCO banks which have a branch in the college campus itself.
Clubs and Associations
- Reef student society for environmentalist is great at SRKNEC.
- SRC is a community which looks after all the college events and is controlled by students.
- Aruni is the main festival on campus for freshers and Pratishruti is the name of college's cultural fest.
