Placements and Internships
- For Internships & PPO also, companies visit our campus for 3rd year students.
- Average placement would be around INR 5-6 lakhs per annum and Highest package is offered to CSE students which has touched as much as Rs 1.05 crores last year.
- Alumni network is quite good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Semester is of around 4 & half months, and we pay Rs.29,500 for everything apart from tuition fees, i.e., mess, hostel, internet connection, sports facility etc. Hostels are well renovated, there are total of 11 hostels only for B.Tech students. Moreover, 2 new 7-storey hostels will be functional from coming semester and hence all the girls will get hostel-accomodation. Mess fees is now Rs.15,000 & food is available 4 times a day.
- New labs are being made now & new lab equipments are being brought. Classroom is ok but not that sophisticated.
Academics and Faculty
- Overall experience has been good till now. Workload remains less. Some of the teachers are good, but not all. Teachers & professors are liberal.
Fees and Scholarships
- From now on, course fee is Rs. 1.29 lakhs per year.
- Scholarships are given by some of the companies to our college students based on the exams they take.
- Students take loan, if they required.
Clubs and Associations
- Apart from these there are more number of socities & clubs, such as Quiz club, literary & debating society, cultural & dramatics society which also gets official trips in different regions of India.
- There are three festivals celebrated in college, Technical fest, Cultural fest & branch fest of Metallurgical dept apart from an annual inter-department sports carnival.
- Life in college is awesome indeed. There are number of automobile teams which make cars, aircrafts etc. and participate in competitions all over the world.
