Placements and Internships
- I have done an unpaid trainee intership at Tata Power, Trombay for 2 months in my previous summer break.
- Bajaj Auto Ltd, HUL, Mu Sigma, PepsiCo, Lupin, L & T Powai, Crompton Greaves Ltd, Reliance Industries Limited, Hero MotoCorp , Honda 2 Wheelers, JSW, Coal India are the key companies that come for recruitment. Roles included mostly technical and some are consulancy as well.
- Average Salaries is Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum and the highest is Rs. 9.6 lakh per annum. 100% of the eligible batch is placed (eligible is having no uncleared backlogs).
- Alumni network is strong.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There is one hostel for each year and PG (boys) and girls hostels are 3 total. Hostels are neat and clean and fees is close to Rs. 40,000 (Rs. 24,000 for mess per year).
- The food costs Rs.100 for a day which includes 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner)
- Classrooms and labs are okay, libraries are good but books are very limited, no wifi available. We have a ground, basketball court, tennis court, indoor table tennis and a badminton court.
Academics and Faculty
- The class timings are usually from 9 A.M -1 P.M (Mon-fri) and practicals are from 2 P.M to 6 P.M on two of the 5 days.
- Quality of teaching is not so good.
- My overall college experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
- Including hostel and academics the annual college fees is about Rs 80,000.
- There are various scholarships for top tier and financially weak students.
Clubs and Associations
- There are total of 17 clubs in my college.
- Axis is the technical event. Aarohi is the cultural event and Consortium is the management event.
- College life is busy. Full of new adventures and amongst them all we develop.

Academics & Faculty : Our classes at VNIT begins at 8:00 am till 1:00 pm then in the second half practical labs are scheduled. Proffessors are having very deep knowledge of subject and they are of helping nature and method of teaching is good. Overall experience of college is best college has a green campus lots of tree and plants atmosphere inside campus is awesone.
Academics & Faculty : Academics are good at Visvesaraya National Institute of Technology, [VNIT] Nagpur the quality of teaching is very good and faculty is very supportive.
