There is a very good placement for students pursuing computer science and Information technology. The average package is 2.5 LPA and more according to the ability of the students. The options for the other branches like ME/CE/EN is GATE.

For the admission in AKGEC, you have two options; one is through management quota and the other through entrance exam. Since it always remains in the top three list of private colleges in U.P, so you need to score very well in the entrance exam (UPTU) to get the college i.e under 7,000 ranks for general category. Also if you want to enter through management quota, you need to have 90% and above in PCM.

When you enter the campus of AKGEC, you come to know that the infrastructure of the college is very different from others because it is constructed with German design. The first year hostel is in the structure of 8 and has 5 floors. Although the hostel fee is quite high the quality of food you get is better. Also, the college is located on the highway but outside the main city, so there is a calm environment for the students.
