Placements and Internships
I have done internship/training from IIT Kanpur, and it was on the transient response of the transmission line. The companies which come to our campus are Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Asian Paints, Byjus and many more. The average salary is INR 3.2 LPA, and the highest package is INR 12 LPA. The eligible percentage is more than 65 in graduation, and the alumni network is too good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are four hostels for boys and 3 for girls as I had not taken the hostel, so I m not aware of the fees. The food provided by the hostel mess is good. The classrooms, labs, canteen, mess, centralised AC, and other infrastructure are too good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The exam I have given to get admission in electronics and communication is the UPSEE exam conducted by AKTU.
Academics and Faculty
The daily routine is one has to be on campus by 9 am sharp. The quality of teaching is excellent, and overall, as practical and theoretical knowledge is provided and exams are held weekly and monthly. The overall experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, [PSIT] Kanpur Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 1.50 Lakh per annum.
The scholarship is available for the students whose family income is about INR 1.20 Lakh yearly; they can apply for it under the AKTU scholarship. However, if one requires one, loans are needed, and they can easily avail from the SBI branch.
Clubs and Associations
The societies include dancing, theatre, singing, technical, arts, and many more. I was the president of theatre society, and it was one of the best societies to enhance one personality.
The main events are the techno-cultural fest, Ignitia, and the sports fest.
Life in PSIT is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admissions in PSIT, Kanpur can be taken by giving UPSE entrance exams. By meeting the required rank in the exam you are offered admission to the college. The course provided by the college depends on the rank achieved in the exam. Apart from this you can even take direct admission in the college but the number of seats open for direct admissions are limited and is provided based on your marks achieved in intermediate and an admission test conducted by the college through which you can even avail a scholarship.
