Placements and Internships
IMS provides excellent placement. Around 80% of the college students are placed in various companies. The highest package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
IMS is the best college in NCR. The infrastructure of the college is too good. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and it has a huge library. Labs are also well equipped for practicals.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
A candidate can take admission through UPSEE entrance exam or direct admission with the class 12th marksheet.
Candidates must have passed the Intermediate exam without any grace marks from the U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject.
Academics and Faculty
The teachers of IMS Engineering College are the best. They are well qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is good too. For any doubt or additional help, you can talk to the teacher and they will do their best to solve it. Also, the course curriculum is relevant and somewhat trains students to be industry-ready too.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee is to be charged as per the notification of the State Government and the Affiliating University.
- College Fee shall be accepted only through DD in favour of IMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE and your demand draft should be payable in New Delhi.
Clubs and Associations
ENvincible is a society run by students of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. It was established in 2009. It is the body, responsible for carrying out various technical and cultural events for the students, and to publicize about the opportunities and achievements regarding the students.
The society is made up of a varied collection of individuals who are working together to organize events. Every year we organize an event under the flag of ENvincible in which the various technical and cultural events conducted such as, technical Quiz, Extempore, poster presentation, sketching, street painting, Double wicket cricket, Tug with twist, Musical chair etc.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is the 12th pass. I applied for the UPSEE entrance exam for admission to Engineering College.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject. IMSEC Admissions can be done through UPSEE or Direct Admission. Also, 15% of the total sanctioned intake comes under Direct Admission. Minimum 50% in PCM is required to get admission.
