Every student who wants to pursue Medical studies as his/her career in India has to undergo NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
At the time of examination, students must be of 17 years or above with aggregate marks of 60% or above in 12th.
The cut-offs for the exam vary depending upon the degree of complexity of the questions, but an average score is between 600-650 in almost all the states.
Usually, the classes begin at 8:00 every morning. The environment is good for studying, and it counts a lot in the life of students. The curriculum is divided into 5.5 years, with 4.5 years of classroom-based studies and one year for Internship. During this time midterm exams, we will be assessed based on the theoretical and practical knowledge.
Teaching facilities are greatly built for students. Teachers co-operate a lot in students’ progress and guide them through every part of their curriculum. The college has a lush green campus with an overall area of 164 acres, and its environment is very student-friendly.

Unfortunately, no scholarships are available for students. Every student has to get entrance through NEET without any scholarship. Particularly for GMC(s) loans are not required as most of the families can afford the cost, but for other students, they can access loans from the bank in the name of students’ loan. All the banks in India have this facility with handsome rates of Interest.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : My college provides many courses for students in the medical field some of which are M.B.B.S, B.Sc Nursing, M.D., M.S., B.Sc Medical, Pharmacology, Forensic Science, M.Sc. I study M.B.B.S here. I had to clear NEET for getting admission in this college for this course. I got in through my state quota. For state quota which is punjab quota cutoff is approximately 530-570, it depends on examination every year because there's fluctuations in cut off depending on difficulty of NEET and competition for getting admission for college. For taking admission through All India Quota, one needs to score 570-610 in NEET. This College is good for M.B.B.S as of course its government so fees is affordable & campus is really wide.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is the eligibility criteria.
