UPSC CAPF exam has 3 stages, such as follows.
- Stage 1: Written Test
- Stage 2: Physical Test
- Stage 3: Personality Test/ Interview
UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam Pattern - Stage 1
The Stage I under the UPSC CAPF Exam Pattern 2024 has two papers. Conducts two slots on the same day and both the slots are different.

UPSC CAPF 2024 Interview/ Personality Test Pattern
The test pattern for the UPSC CAPF 2024 Interview/Personality Test is below.
- Eligibility: Candidates who are qualified in the Medical Eligibility Test are called for an Interview/ Personality Test.
- DAF: Candidates who are shortlisted for the Personality/ Interview Test will be issued a Detailed Application Form (DAF) in which among other things, they will be required to indicate their preference of Forces.
- Marks: The Interview/Personality Test will carry 150 Marks.
- Merit list: The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Interview/Personality Test.
