Steps to Fill the RPVT 2023 Application Form 

Candidates appearing for RPVT 2023 had to fill the form online. Follow these step-by-step instructions to fill the RPVT 2023 application form online. 

• Step 1: Go to the official website rajuvas.org
• Step 2: Click on New registration
• Step 3: Provide personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, etc.  
• Step 4: Upload the required documents- Scanned copy of photograph and Signature and other documents as specified
• Step 5: Payment of application fee 
• Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’
• Step 7: Take a printout of the form

Important Items Required for Filling the RPVT 2023 Application Form

Candidates had to fill the form with due diligence. To fill the application form correctly, candidates had to keep the following prepared before filling up the RPVT 2023 online application. 

• Valid Email Id
• Valid mobile number
• Valid ID proof
• Scanned image of passport size photograph
• Scanned image of the signature
• Copy of Board's certificate to verify the candidate's name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, and Date of Birth (DOB).
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section) if applicable

Uploading Scanned Photograph & Signature in RPVT 2023 Application Form

Follow the instructions given below to upload the scanned photograph and signature in the RPVT form. 

• At the examination center, the photograph on the form should match with the applicant. Otherwise, the candidate will be disqualified. 
• No flash should be reflected in the glasses worn by the candidate if any. 
• Spectacles/Glasses are allowed in the photograph if used regularly. 
• Format of the photograph- JPEG, Size- 3.5 cm & 4.5 cm.
• JPEG photo should be of a minimum pixel of 240x320 sizes and a maximum of
• 480x640 sizes (0.3 megapixels).
• Size of the JPEG file - between 50 KB to 100 KB.
• The photograph taken from a mobile phone will not be accepted.
• Only a Black ball pen is allowed for signature. 
• Make the signature within a box of size 7 cm width and 2 cm height on white paper.
•  A scanned copy of the signature should be in JPEG format. 
• The minimum pixel for JPEG should be 280x80 & the maximum pixel should be 560x160.
• The size of the file must be between 20 KB to 50 KB.
• The photograph of the signature taken from a mobile phone will not be accepted.

RPVT 2023 Application Form Correction

Candidates should be aware that the information included in the RPVT application form was final, and they will not be allowed to amend it once it was submitted.
