How to Apply for the RPVT 2023 Counselling Process?
The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences will organize the counseling stage for the allotment of seats to the eligible candidates. Follow this step-by-step guide to applying for the RPVT counseling process.
- Step 1: Visit the official website of the university
- Step 2: Enter login details
- Step 3: Select the "Challan for counselling Link" option and then click on "Print Challan" button to generate the Challan
- Step 4: Locate the nearest ICICI bank and pay INR 500
- Step 5: Login again using the Challan number, date and bank branch name, and code.
- Step 6: Save the above details
- Step 7: Select "counselling registration form" and provide the following details.
- Are you domicile of Rajasthan: yes/no
- Have you passed Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Biochemistry in 10+2 stream with required marks percentage as applicable: yes/no
- Step 8: Submit the counselling form and take a printout of the same

Candidates who have reached the counselling stage will have to provide the below mentioned documents to the admission authorities of RAJUVAS, Bikaner.
- Original Photo ID along with one self attested photocopy of the same.

- Printout of Online Registration form for Rajasthan State Counselling, submitted on University website www.rajuvas.org for admission under state quota seats.
- Seat allotment letter issued by RAJUVAS
- Class 12th or equivalent marksheet
- Class 11th examination marksheet
- Class 10th or equivalent marksheet
- Character Certificate issued from the school/college last attended
- Valid digital Caste Certificate with respect to Caste categories included in the Rajasthan state lists of SC, ST, ST-STA, Non-creamy layer OBC, Non-creamy layer MBC, Economically Weaker Sections(EWS) and any other specified reserved categories issued by competent authority.
- Income certificate of parents employed in Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Autonomous bodies/Private Organizations or Institutes. The certificate should be issued by the employer, as proof of Non-Creamy Layer status. This certificate has to be produced along with the original Non-creamy layer OBC Certificate to verify the claim of a seat under these categories by the Applicant. If the parents are not filing any income tax, the Income certificate has to be issued from a competent District Revenue Authority (Tehsildar/any designated authority).
- Digital Rajasthan Domicile Certificate
- Transfer Certificate form last institute.
- Migration Certificate issued by last Board /University (If available at the time ofcounselling).
- Any candidate who is claiming admission under PwD category has to provide the certificate showing his/her physical disability. The certificate must bear his/her photograph and should only be issued by a Medical Board constituted by any Govt. Medical College of Rajasthan.
- 4 identical colour photographs with the name and date of taking the photograph. The photograph should be identical to the one uploaded in the online application form.
- Annexures 1 to 5 on the university website downloaded and filled.
RPVT 2023 Counselling - Important points
Keep the following points in mind while appearing for the counselling round of RPVT 2023.
- Suppose the original documents of the candidate are with another college/Institute. In that case, such candidates will be subject to provisional admission if they follow the specified guidelines and submit the original documents in time.
- Candidates who have been issued provisional admission status have to produce the following documents.
- A letter signed by the Dean/Principal mentioning the list of original documents retained by their institution.
- Fee receipt of admission in the institute holding original documents
- Attested photocopies of all certificates/documents retained in that college

Where do I have to go to attend the counselling of RPVT 2023?
The counselling of RPVT 2023 will be held online, except the fourth round. If you are participating in the first three rounds, you will have to report to the allocated institute after the seat allotment process .

No, you are not required to send any documents through post/email. All your documents will be verified when you report to the allocated institute for confirmation of your admission.
