Placement :- University's endeavor is to equip students with necessary skills required for their employability in the industry and other organizations. To meet this objective, university has established Centre for Career Counselling & Employment to act as an interface between the university and the corporate world and perform entire gamut of academic activities such as industry-academia interaction, guest lectures, corporate training, seminars, and workshops from time to time for strengthening corporate relations and ultimately help students getting placements. The centre also organizes personality development, career guidance and counseling programs for the students so as to gear them up to take on the stiff competition in the corporate world. The centre also conducts group discussions, mock interviews and aptitude tests from time to time to prepare the students for campus placements. The centre regularly interacts with the industry to get inputs for review and up gradation of its curricula. University Campus :- The campus has the uniqueness of many majestic buildings, large lawns, well maintained playgrounds alongwith supporting facilities. It has been planned, designed and constructed to address broader issues that relate to resource and energy conservation. Concepts such as rain water harvesting, sewage treatment, development of water bodies, green parks and pathways, plantations and use of solar energy have been applied. Facilities such as air-conditioned lecture theaters, language labs, Wi-Fi connectivity, well stocked libraries with access to e-journals, advance computer centres, modern and well-equipped laboratories, ultramodern auditorium, contemporary seminar halls, community centres, open air theaters, indoor & outdoor sports complex and recreation facilities provide distinct advantage in creation and dissemination of knowledge. Library The University maintains well stocked separate library for each of its colleges. Scholarship Scheme :- At Teerthanker Mahaveer University, we believe that the meritorious students should be rewarded and should not be left out of the main stream in their quest for higher education. Scholarships at the university are provided to the outstanding students. Thus, to recognize talent of meritorious and needy students, the university has provision of scholarships, medals, awards and certificates. Regulations governing these scholarships/awards can be amended from time to time. (1) Scholarship for Jain Students: (a) All meritorious students who have secured 90% marks in qualifying examination, University will provide 100% exemption in tuition fee for the entire duration of the program. (The relaxation on tuition fee will be given on the condition that all such students must secure minimum 70% aggregate marks in each year in single attempt after their admission to the program failing which, relaxation in fee will be 50%, in that case the student will have to pay 50% of prescribed tuition fee according to the fee structure).
