Entrance Exams & Admissions :
The eligibility criteria is 50%, and there is no mandatory entrance exams for admission. The admission is based on merit.
Placements & Internships :
Regarding the average salary, it is about INR 30,000 to INR 40,000. The highest salary offered is INR 70,000 per month.
The alumni network is strong.
Fees & Scholarships :
Synod College, Shillong Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 15,000 per annum.
The scholarship is usually available to the students under the umbrella scheme. Most of the time, out of 100 students, 80 students got the scholarship. So which means 80% of them actually got their scholarship.
Academics & Faculty :
The daily routine starts at 10:30 am and end at 2 pm. The quality and method of teaching is so good. As faculties usually conduct the seminar, presentation, and group discussion some how. My experience in college was immeasurable, and it was absolutely fantastic.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
Two hostels provided by the college one is for the boys and the other for the girls, and the fees is INR 2,000 per month.
Libraries and Wi-fi connectivity are also good.
