Sports:

• Form – I- For representing the country (India) in the International Competitions recognized by Indian Olympic Association

or

Form – II-For representing the State in a national competition organized by recognized national Association in India affiliated to Sports Authority of India / Indian Olympic Association.

or 

Form – IV-For representing the state school team in the National School Games Competition organized by School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

 PIO/FN:

• Attested copy of the valid passport of the candidate
• Attested copy of the valid Visa / PIO card of the candidate
• Equivalence certificate issued by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai – 600025
• Proof of having studied the required qualifying subjects in English medium

NRI:

• NRI status certificate of the father or mother (financial supporter) issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country in ORIGINAL.
• Sponsorship letter from the financial supporter stating that he/she will financially support the education of the candidate
• Employment certificate of the financial supporter issued by the foreign employer
• Relationship certificate of the financial supporter obtained from the Tahsildar
• Attested copy of NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account statement for last 3 months transaction of the financial supporter
• Attested copy of the valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter
