It is affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.SRR Engineering College under the Chairmanship of Honorable Dr.JEPPIAAR, M.A., B.L.,Ph.D is one among with the institutions of Jeppiaar Educational Trust.Our college, in pursuit of the above vision was established with the objectives.To establish a centre of excellence in Technical Education.To bring out technocrats with superior skill and social commitment.To renovate youth into good technologists and good expert professionals.

The college is situated at Ram Nager on hold Mamallapuram Road (IT Highway)Chennai in an area of 30 acres.The Infrastructure includes a state of air-conditioned computer laboratory with internet facilities.Workshops have welding and smithy equipments that provide hand-on-experience to our engineering students.Others facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls with all amenities such as entertainment hall,reading hall,medical room and dining hall for the day boarding student,buses to cover all routes.the college offers excellent transport facilities to all the student who commute from different part of the city .the college mess provides homely, healthy vegetraian and non-vegtarian food to all student and employees

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidate should be passed in 10+2 or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Language and anyother subject. He/She should have scored a minimum of 45% marks. All reserved category students have a 5% relaxation in minimum aggregate.

THE TOTAL FEE STRUCTURE IS INR 1.17 LAKHS/-
