Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is fixed of 7 hour of college which includes 1.30 minutes of breaks. Teachers are dedicated to teaching, they want their students to attend all the classes and mainly practical.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission procedure is same as other private colleges have, they need the 12th pass out with more than 60% marks in PCM. Mode of admission is done through two ways, one is through MHT CET ant the second is through the National level JEE MAIN exam. Typically there is the different cutoff for different branches. The highest cutoff goes for the computer department and the lowest for the mechanical department.

Placements & Internships : Sinhgad technical Education Society has many branches in different place in Pune. Placements of all the Sinhgad family is centralized, it doesn't matter you are and in which college of Sinhgad, the student who is eligible for the placement irrespective of its Sinhgad college from which he/she belong to are brought together for placement. Yearly around 80 to 90 companies approach Sinhgad family for the placement. The mass recruitment companies are Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys and much more. The average annual salary through the placement is around INR 3.5 lakh to INR 4 lakh per annum.

Fees & Scholarships : the course fee for the general student is INR 90,000 to INR 1,00,000, for OBC it is INR 50,000 and for SC/ST it is INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. If student parents have less annual income then the student can get 40% of the fee deduction after applying for it. Academic scholarship are not available only scholarship for those who has less income. Most of the student who has low income gets 40% of there fees back.

Clubs & Associations : Every year sports and cultural activities are performed and there is a competition between Sinhgad families. Everyone enjoys since its located on the hill and Lonavala is a mini hill station. Climate and society are awesome.
