  Postgraduate Fee Structure for 2026 – 2027 - The PG fee structure for the 2026–27 academic year has been released, with a one-time, non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,500. M.Tech programs in AI, Data Science, CSE, IT, Power Electronics, VLSI, and Wireless Communication have annual fees of Rs. 1,75,000 for Indian students, Rs. 2,62,000 for NRIs, and Rs. 3,50,000 for Foreign/OCI/PIO students. Other M.Tech programs range between Rs. 1,50,000 and Rs. 3,00,000.
