SOIL Gurugram PGPM Admission

PGPM is a 1-year, MBA equivalent course that is offered at SOIL Institute of Management. The PGPM course is offered in 2 specialisations i.e. PGPM (General) and PGPM (HRM).

SOIL PGPM Eligibility Criteria

A student must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for the one-year MBA – PGPM program.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience is required.
• Valid CAT/NTAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP accepted.

SOIL PGPM Selection Process

• Step 1: Students willing to take admission must apply by filling out the online application form from the official website and paying the application fee.

• Step 2: Applicants must have appeared for CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT or the SOIL Entrance Test (SET). If the students do not have any of these scores, they will be required to take the SOIL Entrance Test (SET).

• Step 3: After the application, candidates have to go through the Initial Screening round which is followed by PI Invite by e-mail.

• Step 4: Candidates who clear the interview and the entrance test, are then called for a round of Group Exercises.

• Step 5: After this, a final merit list of selected candidates is released and an offer letter is rolled out to students.

PGPM-FLEX  is a 15-month course that is offered at SOIL Institute of Management. The PGPM Flex is an on-campus executive MBA that caters to the aspirations of working professionals with 2-10 years of experience, seeking to elevate their careers.

A student must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for the one-year MBA – PGPM program.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations

SOIL PGPM Selection Process

• Step 1: Students willing to take admission must apply by filling out the online application form from the official website and paying the application fee.

• Step 2: The first round of shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of applications.

• Step 3: The selected candidates then have to attend a Business Simulation Excercise and appear for a Stat Test.

• Step 4: Candidates who clear the entrance test, are then called for a round of personal interviews.

• Step 5: After this, a final merit list of selected candidates is released and an offer letter is rolled out to students.

SOIL offers a 2-year PGDM course in Business Design. PGDM degree students are required to complete a minimum of 42 credits (3 credits per subject) to be a major in their choice of specializations including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Analytics. This 2 Year PGDM is India’s first program integrating Business, Design Thinking and Liberal Arts.

A student must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for the two-year PGDM program.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation.
