IBS Gurgaon Admission

IBS Gurgaon offers a two-year PGPM program to introduce graduates to the managerial skills necessary to create specialists who can integrate across functional areas in a fast-paced organization. The courses offered in the program are practice-oriented with emphasis placed on the application of principles, tools, and concepts to meet challenges and problems faced in today’s organizations. The total seat intake for PGPM is somewhere between 460 to 600.

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education will be holding the IBSAT 2023 for students applying to the PGPM program at IBS Gurgaon. IBSAT is a computer-based online test. The IBSAT 2023 can also be replaced with the CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC scores. 

Candidates who qualify on the basis of IBSAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ NMAT by GMAC will be called for the Selection process in February/March 2024. The final selection is based on performance in Micro Presentation, Personal Interviews, and the past academic record.

IBS Selection Process 2025

Recently, IBS has extended the deadline for admissions under the IBS- exempted category.  The following are the eligibility scores for applying directly for the MBA/PGPM courses.

A micro presentation round has been introduced in place of the general group discussion rounds as a part of the IBS selection process. The candidates are offered an opportunity to showcase their communication skills and analytical abilities.

The candidates are assigned a topic by selecting a number between 1 to 100.  A one-minute preparation time is given and they need to deliver a 3-minute presentation. The candidates have to present before a batch of 9 to 11 fellow candidates. Also, two-panel members are there to judge the presentation.
