Placements & Internships : I haven't done any internship yet, so I can't say anything. I don't know much about placements, but companies come to interview students.

Fees & Scholarships : Course fees: 1 lakh 70 thousand per year. Yes, scholarship options are there. Yes, if anyone wants loans, they can take them.
