Admission to various B.Tech programmes requires a minimum percentage of marks in the last qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent). Once the registration process is complete, they can start with the actual application process. The application fee once remitted is non-refundable. The overall RCET application process are as follows
It was simple. We have to give an entrance exam called PET. Then according to the ranking, you will get the branch. Like if you have rank under 1000 or less then you are eligible for core branches. Otherwise, you will be eligible for it or cs or etc branches. So the cutoff goes like that. After this, we get three chances of counseling to get the appropriate branch. And also if you don't have good rank you can apply through management quota and also for people who are sc/st they can get core branches with low rank also because of reservation.
For admission process, you have two options to go there. 1- If jee mains score is good enough or You are qualified for the jee mains exam. 2- pet Chhattisgarh exam if you are qualified in that it means your mark is more than cutoff and you are holding a good rank you can enter easily.
Student should get good rank in PET examination. It will be up to 13000 rank. I took PET examination to get this college There is no typical cutoff for courses but need to get over 60%
Based on CG PET and JEE ranking, one can take admission for B.TECH, and for other different courses different state level and national level examinations are considered.
The eligibility criteria was minimum 60% marks in 12th with PCM. The entrance examination we have given was CG PET. The typical cut-off for my course was 65%.
Eligibility :- Marks secured in the qualifying examination and interview. Candidates will be selected on merit basis and interview. There is no entrance test.
Eligibility criteria are 12th pass your stream is science (maths). then you should qualify in JEE Mains. No other entrance exam. 45% is the cutofff.
