B.Tech	Candidates should have completed their graduation 12th examinations with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates who belong to SC/ ST will have to maintain a minimum of 40% aggregate of marks Candidates who have appeared in the JEE Main/ Assam CEE are eligible to apply
B.Tech {Lateral Entry}	Candidates should have completed their Diploma with a minimum of 45% aggregate from any recognized university Candidates who belong to SC/ ST will have to maintain a minimum of 40% aggregate of marks
