Entrance Exams & Admissions : For admission in NIT MANIPUR, You have to qualify JEE MAIN exam. The cutoff for the general will be approx 160-170 for the year 2017. For sc, it is 110-120 For obc it is 140-150 and For st it is 80-90.

Placements & Internships : Companies like Navratan, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Navy visit National Institute of Technology for placements.

Fees & Scholarships : Course fee in National Institute of Technology is Rs. 5 lakh.

Academics & Faculty : Class time at National Institute of Technology are from 9-12 am and again 1-5 pm. At 12-1 pm lunch break. Assignments are given once in 2 days. Method of teachings is super. Faculties behave like friends with the students. Overall it is a fast growing Nit in India. And I hope that it will be within 15th rank within 4-5 years.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 6 hostels for boys and girls respectively at National Institute of Technology. Rooms are well ventilated and large. Also indoor stadium, big playground, large library with sufficient reference books, the auditorium also present. Probably Rs. 22,500 is hostel fee per year and Rs. 80 per meal approx. Wifi speed is super, 2-3 Mbps.
