National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Manipur spread over 341 acres. NIT ensures the safety of the student as well as looks after their welfare and requirements.

NIT Campus Highlights

NIT is acknowledged for its campus and residential facilities. Some of the highlighting features of the NIT campus are listed below.

• NIT organises different types of seminars, counselling seasons, conferences for the betterment of students.
• Sports competitions in inter or intra college are held on the campus or out of the campus.
• Many motivational speakers and famous personalities are called for the seasons and programmes by the college.
• There are many clubs associated with institutes such as debating, dancing, singing, skating, enactment and many more options are available for students who have interests in different areas.
• Freshers, Convocation, Farewell, Youth festival, Educational Trips and so on are organised by the college.

The NIT has a wide range of facilities provided to students. Some of these are mentioned below:

Classrooms: Well organised and furnished classrooms and digital boards are installed in every class to make sure a student must have a  better learning experience.

Library: The central library has 10,000 volumes, including textbooks, reference books, back volumes, standards, and non-book material such as CD-ROMs. The institute library has the following facilities: lending section, reading room, a reference section, the stock room containing more than 10,000 books, e-journals and e-books, digital system.
