Top Class Education for SC- Category Students

• Full fee concession + boarding&loding @ 2220/- P.M. + 3000/- P.A for Books & Stationary + 45,000/- for Computer with accessories (provided in the Scheme)

• 12 Nos.meritorious SC category students whose family income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 4.50,000/- 

• Maintain Allowance Day ScholarHostler For 5000/-PA 10,000/-PA Course Fee 20,000/-PA 20,000/-PA or whichever is less or as revised by the MoMA from time to time.

• Muslim, Sikh, Christan, Buddhist&Parsi categories meritorious students with 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination and family annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/-. (Students have to apply for National Scholarship

• The students who fulfil the above criteria are eligible for Post Matric S/Ship from their concerned State.

• Tuition Fees UptoRs. 1.25 lakhs P.A + Hostel Fee and incidentals will also be given. The ceiling for this will be Rs. 1 lakh P.A

• Students belonging to the State of Jammu & Kashmir, appearing for class XII or equivalent exam. Through the State Board of Jammu & Kashmir pursuing Engineering Degree Govt./other non-Govt. reputed institute, located outside J&K, would be eligible for a scholarship under the scheme.

• All B.Tech/B. Arch students who secure more than 80% marks in +2 examination. Students who passed their +2 exam. From CBSE Board may directly be applied to CBSE, New Delhi and other who passed +2 from other than CBSE board i.e. State Boards may be applied for the said scholarship through their state Board.

• Wards & widows of CPFs personnel died in harness.

  Academic requirement:- 60% marks in +2 Exam. For renewal in subsequent yr 50% marks each year Application forms reached from eligible candidates latest by 31st July of each year.

• Only H.P. Board (Top two thousand girls) students are eligible.-(Students have to apply on HP-epass

• Only bonafideHimachali students are eligible to apply for the same through software after the Advt./announcement by their state govt. in the leading news 

• Reimbursement of Course Fee, & Hostel charges etc + other charges as per percentage/type of disability

• Financial assistance will be available to Indian students with at least 40% disabilities certified as per definition under Persons with Disabilities Act 1995.
• Note:- Monthly income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian should not be more than Rs.3.00 Lakh from all sources.

• Students being a ward of Employee (Central/State Govt. or other agencies/Bank/Railway/corporation etc)

• only poor and brilliant students who are bonafide of District Kangra Himachal Pradesh are eligible.

• Entire family income of the student from all sources should be less than Rs. 2,00,000/- P.A. shall be eligible. Eligible Courses of study- Engineering courses like Computer Science/Engineering, Architecture.

• For Category students whose family income less than 15,000/- Per Annum

• Rs. 1000/- P.M.

• Bonafide Himachali Students who are studying in Engineering stream at anywhere India (NITs, IITs& Others engineering colleges) and secure more than 75 marks in +2 examination with valid score in IIT(JEE)is eligible for application of the same.

• Rs. 1000/- P.M (The scholarship would be paid for 10 months in an academic year).

• SC/ST/OBC 80% and above All Stream 90% and above Science Stream 87% and above Commerce Stream General 80% and above Arts and others Stream

• The scholarship is admissible from the second year till the final year subject to the condition that the student meets the minimum qualifying criterion for success in each year. The amount of scholarship is Rs.1500/- P.M.

• Students belonging to SC/ST/Physically Challenged categories (Visually Handicapped/ Hearing Handicapped/ Orthopaedically Handicapped) and pursuing full time degree course in Engineering in the disciplines of Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics / Telecommunication from a college/ university/ institute recognized by the Govt. of India and should be in the Second Year and have successfully completed First Year.

• Rs. 5000/- Per Month

• B.Tech. 4th year, Mechanical Engg. The student is eligible on the basis of the first rank in B. Tech. 3rd year Mech. Engg.
• M.Tech. 2nd year, Mechanical Engg. the student is eligible on the basis of the first rank in M. Tech. Ist year Mech. Engg.

• Rs.4000/- PM

• SC/ST/OBC students having income less than 6.00 Lacs

• Rs. 10,000/- PA

• Parents Annual Income does not exceed 60,000/- from all sources and secure more than 60% marks in +2 Examination.

• Reimbursement of Tuition fees, hostel fees and incidental fees uptoRs. 10,000/- per Academic Session.

• There is two type of scholarship is available under this scheme (i) BPL and (ii) PAP and on the basis of merit, the name of 03 Nos. students recommended for the award of this scholarship

• Scheme for those students who have qualified for admission but would not be able to pursue education for want of funds.

• Selection would be on the basis of merit and family’s income. Preference would be given to the candidates whose family’s annual gross income is not more than Rs. 60,000/-.
