Placements & Internships : Lots of companies especially related to construction field visit the campus for internships and placements every year. Many companies related to finance, sales and marketing also visit the campus and offer internships and placements. Project Planning, Construction Management, Buisness Develpoment, Execution, Sales, Marketing are some the roles which are regularly offered by the companies. The internships given to students is paid as well as unpaid and companies also offer boarding & lodging. 100% of the students gets internship through college. The avg salary figure is around Rs 600000 per year and 99% of the students gets placed. The alumni network is  pretty strong and many alumni who have become successful entrepreneurs return back to the college to hire the students. 

Academics & Faculty : The college begins at 9:10 am on weekdays and ends by 5:40pm depending on schedule of respective classes. Mostly, the theoretical classes will be in morning and practicals/labs/workshops in afternoon after 2:40pm and ends by 5:40pm. Exams are divided between internals and externals. Faculties have the independence or the options of giving us assignments or exams for internal marking. Every student has to submit a thesis before completing the course.  The teaching method is very practical and up to date and the faculties give us ample motivation and ways which helps in connecting and understanding the industrial and corporate worlds. Apart from studies, lots of competitions are regularly organised within the college.     

Fees & Scholarships : The college fees is around Rs. 1200000 for a two year course i.e. PGDP Advanced Construction Management. The scholarships mostly depends upon the marks one scores in the college exams and the top 10% get scholarships.  Many students apply for loans and the college also organises an orientation program in which various banks like ICICI, SBI, PNB etc. participates.     

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : NICMAR's Pune Campus is situated at Balewadi, 14 kms. away from the Pune Central Railway Station. The Mumbai-Bangalore Expressway runs along the Institute. It has over 3,77,676 sq.ft. of built-up area spread across 11 acres of land having state-of-the-art facilities. Three mens hostel and one ladies hostel is there in the campus. Further expansion of the campus is underway which will add a new students hostel. Hostel Fee is around Rs.4000/month and Rs. 170 for food per day. The infrastructure of the Campus includes work area for 1098 students, over 70 faculty members and scholars and 150 support staff (classrooms, seminar rooms, tutorial rooms, faculty cabins, offices, modern library, stack areas, reference section, documentation centre, scholar's cabins, computerized catalogs, inter-campus library on-line, computer centers for 301 persons each to work at a time, internet and e-mail, a guest house, a modern and well appointed kitchen with a capacity to serve 1098 meals per day, students and faculty dining halls). The other facilities include Xerox center, solar water heating, sewage treatment plant, cafeteria, generator backup to all the rooms, doctor & medical instruction room, first-aid kits, community hall, indoor and outdoor recreation infrastructure .i.e. football ground, basketball court, tennis court, badminton courts(2), volley ball courts(2), gymnasium, recreation hall with table tennis, carom boards, chess boards and TV with dish connection, students parking facility(two wheeler), stationary & supplies store and laundry facility. 

Clubs & Associations : Placement Committee handles all the internship and placement related activities. Student Council handles various student related activities and solves students problems. They also organize the annual college fest TECHNIKALAH along with other programs aimed at improving the atmosphere inside the college.  There are various other drama, dance, sports, debating clubs in the college improving the personality and interperosonal skills of the students.
