National Institute of Construction Management and Research Pune offers world-class infrastructural facilities to its students. There are spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and digitally empowered conference halls for all meetings and gatherings.

In addition to the basic infrastructure, NICMAR Pune not only helps the students develop professionally but also gives them memorable moments that they can cherish throughout their lives. NICMAR Pune also takes care of the physical well-being of its students as it has many sports amenities for its students. The major campus facilities are listed below.

Classrooms

• All classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with an LCD projector and a computer system with internet access.

Library

• NICMAR Pune library is the main library designed to support the students, faculty & research scholars.
• It is a specialized library in the areas of Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management, and Infrastructure Development.
• In addition, the library provides knowledge resources in a variety of management & engineering subjects such as:

Computer Lab

• NICMAR Pune campus maintains well-equipped and modern computer centers.
• Each computer center has a sufficient number of computers with the latest technology with leading construction business-related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), Candy for Project Management BRIX for contract management, and SPSS.
• An advanced Digital Language Lab is available for students to become proficient in English.
• Internet and e-mail facilities are available at all locations.

Conference Hall

• There are three conference halls, one Faculty conference hall, and two Executive conference halls. 
• Academic Council meetings are usually held in the faculty conference hall for academic purposes.
• Executive training takes place in other executive halls.
• All of these three halls have a seating capacity of roughly 30-35 people and are air-conditioned.
• The Video Conferencing (VC) System connects the NICMAR campuses in Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi, and Mumbai (Head Office).

Auditorium

• A 300-seat auditorium is available on the NICMAR Pune campus.

Hostels

• There are currently four NICMAR Pune hostels on the Pune campus, which has 1139 single occupancy rooms for boys and 194 shared occupancy rooms for girls.
• NICMAR Pune features an executive hostel with 30 single occupancy rooms and an attached toilet for corporate trainers.
• Each room has internet access, a television, and an AC.

Dining Facility

• The institute mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the Manager, Premises, and Services (P & S) supervision.
• The manager produces a weekly menu based on the recommendation of the Students' Co-coordinator.

Internet Facility

• Students on all campuses have access to the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• For academic communications, each student is given the Institute's e-mail address.
• The NICMAR Pune campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has a high-speed internet connection.
