Training And Placement :-

Training & Placement Cell is equipped with excellent infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process. It can handle all aspects of training and campus placements for the students at NIAE. Complete in-house facility for organizing Pre-Placements talks, written tests, interviews, group discussions, etc. It regularly interacts with corporate houses to explore the possibility of training and job placement of students. The Institute is having the tie up with some reputed Organizations for the practical training of the students during the course. It helps to improve the technical skills of that student & make them more confident about their respective trades.

The main functions of the cell are

1. To organizes Interactive seminars on the emerging technologies
2. To run Personality Development Programs.
3. To organize Industrial visits.
4. To Assists the students develop and clarify their academic and career interests through individual counseling and group sessions.
5. Work with faculty members/ HODs to integrate academic curriculum with Project Work, Summer Training and Internship Programs.
6. Imparts training to the students for their overall development and selection during the Campus recruitment activities. 
7. Helps in developing entrepreneurship skills.  

Summer Traning 

We provide Six/Twelve week Training to our students at world class Infrastructure & Facilities. Institute has tie-up with various Research and Testing laboratories which provide the live exposure of Tools/ Machines/Circuits and on hand experience to the students to perform job by their own. The Research Center provides the Industrial Training Certificate after the completion of training which supports the student during their placements to negotiate about their better salary packages.
