• Candidates should complete LLB with 50% aggregate from any recognized university
• They should have a valid score in CLAT PG or they should undertake the written test conducted by NMIMS

• If a candidate has graduated from a university where grade average is given, he/ she should produce the equivalent percentage for the GPA/ CGPA obtained in writing from the concerned university
• Candidates who have completed their graduation/ postgraduation from any university overseas, have to submit AIU equivalence certificate to confirm their eligibility
• Candidates who have completed graduation in part-time or distance learning, correspondence mode externally from a recognized university are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines
• As verification of the documents are done at the time of final admissions, it is the sole responsibility of the students to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualifications for admissions at NMIMS, Mumbai

• The college provides scholarships to students who are economically weak and belonging to General, SC/ ST communities, and Physically Handicapped students.
• The Scholarships are basically awarded according to the result of Senior Secondary Examinations.
• Students which have scored 80% percentile and having parents income less than 6 Lakhs per annum will get an amount of INR 1000 per month.
• This scholarship will be available for the first 3 years for students doing their graduations.
• Students doing post-graduation will receive an amount of INR 2000 per month.
• Students who are pursuing a professional course would get INR 2000 per month in 4th and 5th year.
• The scholarships will be paid for 10th months in an academic year and will get deposited directly into the bank account of the beneficiary.
