We at Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology believe that our students should be able to adapt, adopt and become adept in their technical and life skills to survive in the industry. Hence training for hiring starts at the very beginning in semester one itself. Since in companies hiring is based on performance, our placement training is also performance based. The students are trained by highly qualified corporate trainers and are evaluated every semester by Merittrac a third party assessor specializing in aptitude testing and evaluation.Our Placement Training Syllabus consists of both Aptitude and Soft skills. Our students draw their own ‘Aspirations Chart’ so that they can present their Achiever Pattern in their resumes. This includes academic credentials, smart thinking, communication skills, problem solving ability and technical competencies. It also has to do with how others have recognized the candidate’s personality.Recruiters Watch:Recruiters seek high achievers, who will create the necessary change in their industry.
