MGI has a fully developed Training & Placement cell working for the best possible training and placement for there students. Training programmes are organized round the year to make there students fit for employment. There placement cell has developed good contacts with various national and multinational companies which is helpful in getting very good placement for there students This cell also organizes personality development programmes and communication skill classes.
Millennium Institute of Technology is one of the best institutes in Bhopal in terms of placements. In 2013-14 about 250 students were placed in 49 companies that visited campus. Total placements till date have been reached up to 1500+.
