Entrance Exams & Admissions : A Candidate for getting admission at Matrusri Engineering College for a four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Osmania University. All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the AP EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted into this college by counseling as per merit based on AP EAMCET rank and marks in Intermediate examination.

Placements & Internships : The Training and Placement Cell was established in the year 2013 at Matrusri Engineering College. It organizes programs like Group Discussion (GDS), Mock Interviews and guest lectures on Employability skills and Aptitude tests on regular basis. It plays a pivotal role in counseling and guiding the students for their successful career placement. The goal of the cell is to provide continuous training and employment opportunities to the students.
