Matrusri Engineering College's Training and Placement Cell was established in the year 2013 with Mr. Ch Rajani Prashanth as Training and Placement Coordinator. It organizes programs like Group Discussion (GDs), Mock Interviews and guest lectures on Employability skills and Aptitude tests on a regular basis. It plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful career placement. The goal of the cell is to provide continuous training and employment opportunities to the students.

The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of Matrusri Engineering College was established in the year 2013 with Mr. Ch Rajaniprashanth as Training and Placement Officer. It plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful career placements. The Cell aims to provide continuous training, placement and internship opportunities to the students. It is also responsible for training all the students in different aspects like aptitude, soft skills and technical training which helps in placements.

The T&P Cell at Matrusri Engineering College is helpful in the placement of hundreds of students in many prestigious companies in the country. Faculty members from each department are co-opted as members of the Placement Cell. Students are exposed to working environments in various MNCs through industrial visits. They are also given information about the importance of internships and provided with opportunities. Seminars and informative sessions on higher education are organized.
