Installed by Dr Suchitra Nagare in the name of Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D Karad, Executive President & Director General, MAEER's MIT, Pune for the best outgoing student of MIMER Medical College. The Award consists of medal and Certificate of merit. 

Dr. B. B. Dikshit Memorial
Gold Medal Award
Installed by Prof. Dr. Mohan Dikshit in the name of his father Dr. B.B. Dikshit for the regular batch student holding first rank in Physiology. Award consists of Medal and Certificate. 

Krish Kumar Verma Memorial
Gold Medal Award
Installed by Prof. Dr. P. K. Varma in the name of his father Krish Kumar Verma for the regular batch student holding first rank in Anatomy. 

Government Merit Scholarship
Meritorious students are awarded National Merit and other Government Scholarships. Full concession in tuition fee is given to the quota backward class students belonging to S.C., N.T., S.T. V.J.N.T. Classes. 

Awards for Rank Holders
A cash prize of Rs. 500/- and a Certificate of merit is awarded to student holding first rank in the college, in University Examination of Part I & II final MBBS course. The awards are given during the Annual social gathering at the hands of Chief guests to the regular batch students only.

Award for Students of Physiotherapy
Awards for students of Physiotherapy holding first and second rank in the College in the final year University Examination have been installed from the year 2008. The Awards are as follows:

First rank: Rs 500/- & Certificate
Second rank: Rs 300/- & Certificate
