Fees & Scholarships : Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Management Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 1 Lakh 10 Thousand. It increases every year. I am unaware of any scholarship programs but the college has defense and SC/ST/OBC quota. Loans are available for students from economically weaker sections.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I am currently a student of 2nd-year B.tech at Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology, Rohini. I got admitted through the common entrance test (IPU CET) in the year 2018. My rank wasn't good enough to let me get into computer science engineering so I got admitted to electrical engineering. I was told that I could upgrade my stream if I worked hard and got a good GPA in 1st year. So I studied extensively and sacrificed countless hours of sleep and finally, I was one of the nine students who were upgraded to the CSE branch.

Placements & Internships : I am in 2nd year currently so I haven't gotten the chance to do any internships. I have been told that various IT and tech companies like Deloit, Infosys, Adventure and non-tech companies like ZS Associates hire students from our campus. Off-campus placements are preferred by students if EEE and mechanical branch. The average salary figure is 5 lakh rupees and the highest salary is rupees 53 lakh offered by Microsoft who hired a girl from our college. Almost everyone from IT and CSE branch get placed. The alumni network isn't anything special. Some of them opt for higher studies and others look for work experience and then apply to foreign universities for Masters.

Academics & Faculty : Classes usually start at 9 am and end at most by 4:35 pm. The routine is monotonous and mundane, to say the least. Exams are held every month and there are way too many assignments and lab practicals to keep track of. The teachers are hard-working and regular, however, the syllabus is outraged and redundant. The only way one can enjoy college life is by taking part in various societies (both tech and nontech) There is no official freshers party organized by college to welcome freshers.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : I live 20 minutes away from college so I didn't have to opt for a hostel. However, there are a plethora of pgs for both girls and boys to choose from. There is a boys hostel inside the college campus. Boys Pg is of costs typically around INR 5000 a month but girl's pg is comparatively more expensive - costing around INR 12000 or more. The food provided by the college's main canteen is ridiculously expensive. However, there are smaller canteens to choose from which charge decently. There is even an Amul and a Nestle canteen. The classes don't have Ac's in them (for 1st years). Blocks for the seniors only have ACs installed on the 4th floor where classes are rarely held. The library is well maintained. Labs are lacking in technological advancement and funding. Free Wi-fi is not available in the campus.

Clubs & Associations : There are many societies to choose from literary, dance, music, dramatics, fashion, etc. Technical societies are not very active so one must conduct a proper survey before choosing. The main fest is Techsurge and Mridang and it's held in March every year. The crowd and the events are lackluster. The college life is meticulous if one chooses to come, attend classes and go back home. One must take part in the events being organized by students, whether it's TedxMait or society fests. One should also try to go to other college tests like IIT Delhi rendezvous and Bits Pilani oasis and IIT Mumbai mood indigo as this can be a real learning experience.
