• The Prospectus and Application forms can be obtained in person from MFT by paying by Cash or through Demand Draft.

• Candidates can also download the application form by visiting the official website.

• A completed Application form must be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft of INR 500.

• Outstation candidates can obtain the prospectus and application form by sending a Crossed Demand Draft.

• The Institute will send the forms upon receipt of such request (Accompanied by the Demand Draft) by post.

• Application fees: INR 500 (by Cash or DD) and INR 600 (for outstation candidates by DD)

• The completed application form in all respects should be sent to:
