Launch of AI-Focused Courses for BBA, B. Com, and MBA Programs - In light of the increasing significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the business world, Lingaya's Vidyapeeth is pleased to introduce new AI-focused courses for BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce), and MBA (Master of Business Administration) students. These courses are designed to provide essential AI skills that are crucial for achieving success in a data-centric economy. The curriculum will explore various facets of AI, such as its role in business strategy, data analytics, marketing, and finance. Students will engage in practical training and examine the ethical considerations surrounding AI in business. This initiative aims to boost employability and prepare students for a job market increasingly in need of AI expertise.
Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth provides Scholarship and Tuition Fee Waiver to meritorious/deserving students. Following are the scholarship/Tuition Fee waiver given to an eligible student per year.
- For Students admitted: A 15% off on tuition fees if a student attains an A grade in Two consecutive semesters in the first year or subsequent year.
- Sports Scholarship: A 10% waiver in tuition fee will be given to the students who have participated in State/National/International Level games. (Applicable for only general education stream)
- Alumni Scholarship: The students of Lingaya's Vidyapeeth, after qualifying 10+2 / degree/diploma will be provided with a scholarship equivalent to 15% of the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course for pursuing his/her second degree from Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth.
- Alumni Recommendation (immediate family): A 15% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration of the courses will be given to candidates recommended by our alumni. (Only applicable for blood relation)
- Alumni Recommendation (others): A 10% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration of the course will be given to candidates recommended by our alumni. (Only applicable for candidates other than blood relation).
- Faculty/Staff Scholarship (Blood relation/Ward): A 25% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration of the course will be given to candidates recommended by our alumni. (Only applicable for the wards/blood relation of Lingaya’s).
- For Girl Student who is a single Child: A 25% tuition fee waiver
- For a physically disabled Student (as per Govt. Norms): A 25% tuition fee waiver
- For economically weaker section: For the students coming from Government/Government aided institutions and having 65% or more marks in the qualifying examination are eligible for a Scholarship of 25% in the tuition fees.
For B.Tech (Lateral Entry to 2nd Year)
- Students coming from Government/ Government aided institutions and having 65% or more marks in the qualifying examination are eligible for a scholarship of 25% of total fees. However, the first-year students are required to pay one time charges during admission.
- 100 % waiver on Tuition fees in 1st year, on scoring less than the 10000 ranks in JEE entrance exam or 90% or above in the qualifying exam. (Applicable for all courses)
Note
- 75% waiver on Tuition fees in 1st year, on scoring rank below 50000 in JEE entrance exam or 80 - 90% in the qualifying exam (Applicable for all courses).
- Above mentioned scholarships are not applicable for School of Pharmacy and PhD admissions.
- However, in the case of School of Pharmacy, only Alumni reference scholarship can be considered up to a maximum of 10% on tuition fees.
- Scholarship shall be given only for an academic year, subject to fulfilment of the conditions mentioned in the undertaking.
