The students can select any specializations like Marketing, International Business, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource, and Operation Management. The MBA curriculum of the program meets the leading challenging business landscape.

The environment at KIMS, Unnao is perfect for learning and teaching. The institute has state of the art infrastructure and student facilities with a student-centric approach. 

The institute has well-maintained classrooms which are air-conditioned. KIMS classrooms are spacious and are equipped with LCD projectors with comfortable seating arrangements. The classrooms at the institute are wifi enabled and are spread in an area of 400-900 sq ft each. 

The institute has state of the art library facility. The aim of the library is to provide all the necessary and updated information, resources to the students. KIMS library is well stocked with thousands of textbooks, technical journals, periodicals, reference material, and digital media for effective learning and research.

The KIMS computer centre is well equipped with all the updated software and the latest configuration hardware upgrades. A high-speed optical fibre network of 2 Mbps with wireless redundancy allows all students to access a range of services across our entire campus. The lab also has many printers.

The institute has a well-maintained auditorium. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 300 people. It is equipped with the latest acoustics and sound system and is capable of hosting large conferences, workshops, and cultural events. The institute has a conference hall with a seating capacity of 50 members. The hall has a modern A-V apparatus which is used for brainstorming activities.

The institute has a separate space allocated for sports activities. Games like basketball, badminton & tennis, football and cricket are played at the court. Indoor games like billiards and table tennis are also played among the students. There is also a language lab which aims to help students build their personality and communication skills.

KIMS provides transport facilities from Kanpur and Unnao on a payment basis, according to the distance. There is a regular transport facility for the students staying in the hostel.

The college provides excellent placement opportunities for the students. The students get an ample amount of opportunities to explore real-world challenges. Kanpur Institute of Management Studies Scholarship:

The institute provides scholarships based on a different category. Social Welfare Department, Government of U.P. scholarship is provided at Kanpur Institute of Management Studies. According to Uttar Pradesh Govt. order, the students whose family income is up to INR 2,00,000 PA, can avail scholarship and fee reimbursement under the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme. 

The KIMS scholarship is also provided to SC/ST students where 100 per cent fee reimbursement is assured under the scheme and the Educational Institutions are therefore obliged to take admission of SC/ST students without any fee.

KIMS Hostel Details:

The institute takes special care to provide all the necessary amenities in the hostel for the development and growth of a student. Kanpur Institute of Management facilities includes excellent hostels that are separate for girls and boys. Students can choose a double sharing, triple sharing, or single room. The hostel also provides nutritious food and comfortable staying rooms. There are separate AC/ non-AC hostels for boys and girls, having highly affordable tariffs.

Note: Students have to pay INR 20,000 per annum extra for AC rooms.
