The development of state-of-the-art infrastructure and technical facilities has been a continuous process at Kalinga University. Classrooms

• Kalinga University has ICT-enabled classrooms with Wi-Fi connection, LAN, and projectors that provide a dynamic and proactive teaching-learning environment for the students. 
• The process of adoption of ICT is an ongoing process that fully supports teaching and learning. 
• The teachers of Kalinga University are currently using ICT in classrooms in the form of PowerPoint presentations, NPTEL videos, spoken tutorials, online quizzes, use of e-books and are in the process of developing and implementing e-lectures so that the students be benefited even beyond the classroom.

Computer Labs

• Kalinga University upgrades its IT infrastructure and its associated facilities regularly to keep pace with standards up to satisfaction level. 
• The University has upgraded all the classrooms across campus to pleasant environments for study with ICT, High-Speed Wi-Fi, and the latest audio/video integrations.
• The University has also expanded the existing internet bandwidth to 1 GBPS. 
• The University has upgraded Laptops, Desk Tops, Servers, Scanners, Copiers, and Printers. 
• The University provides its students with state-of-the-art, well-furnished computer labs, with more than 1000 computers exclusively for students; computing centres with internet-enabled computers to serve the day-to-day computing needs of students.

Library

• The Library at Kalinga University Raipur is more like an integrated Knowledge Resource Centre that is stocked with large numbers of Books, Magazines, Indian & International Journals, Online Journals, and other Online Resources supporting all aspects of Studies and Research.
• Kalinga University has 79,000+ books and is also subscribed to various National and International Journals.
• It has a reading room capacity for 400 students that is divided into 2 halls of 200 each.
• The University is also a member of several Online/Digital Libraries including the National Digital Library (NDL), Developing Library Network (DELNET), NPTEL, Manupatra (For Law Students), J-Gate (Social Science), J-Gate (Engineering and Technology), INSPEC Database by Elsevier and Web of Science. Students are given free access to these e-resources through their ERP login.

Laboratories & Workshops

• The laboratories provide practical exposure to various subjects and allow the students to experiment with what they have learned in classrooms.
• Kalinga University provides a huge number of laboratories and workshops for students belonging to different specializations and courses at different levels.

Hostel

• Kalinga University has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities with boarding and other recreational facilities. They endeavor to provide a safe and secure residential facility for our boys and girls. 
• Rooms are with attached washroom (except in certain dormitory rooms), bed (without mattress), table, chair, and storage unit. 
• Both AC and Non AC rooms (sharing basis) are available (as opted). Wi-Fi for internet connectivity is available for scheduled timing for academic purposes only and is subject to conditions. 
• Students in accommodation facilities are permitted to keep certain electrical devices like electrical iron, laptop, mobile charger, hair trimmer, and hairdryers. Extra electricity bills due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the occupants of that room.

Hostel Mess

• Kalinga University has 3 spacious hall messes to accommodate large numbers of students at a time; it is managed by the institution itself, to serve the students with good quality, healthy and nutritious meals.
• Meals of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian plans are prepared & served to students as per their preference. There is a separate meal plan for international students at Kalinga University.
• As part of the University's support network for hostel students, during Ramadan, an appropriate meal plan is provided to our Muslim students, and during Navratra, a Navratra meals meal plan is provided to our Hindu Students.

Cafeterias

• Inside the sprawling campus of Kalinga University, 7 cafeterias function well to serve the students and staff members a variety of food items like fresh fruit juices, vegetarian/non-vegetarian snacks, ice creams, etc at subsidized rates till late hours. 
• The administration of the cafeterias is given to experienced, proficient and committed contractors. 
• The spacious and comfortable cafeterias feature ample seating area, a well-man-powered cafeteria, hygienic catering, and purified drinking water, and are well equipped with appliances.

Transport Facilities

• Kalinga University has Transport Facility available on Campus. They have 30+ buses and smaller 4-wheel vehicles for the transportation of students. 
• The transport fees provided to the students (who avail of the facility) are at subsidized rates. 
• All the vehicles have GPS systems, CCTV, speed governors, and one attendant. 
• Teachers are given proctorial duties both in the morning and evening for the safety of students. 
• The transport route cover distances of up to 70 KM (one way) to facilitate students situated in the farthest places of the state, making it possible for them to gain an education. The Transport Facility is made available for the convenience of our students and staff members residing outside the campus. This ensures their safety, travel reliability, and punctuality on campus.

Medical Facilities

• Kalinga University has established its health clinic to provide medical facilities for students and staff.
• The University provides basic medical care through its Health Clinic for its students/staff catering to first aid and minor ailments. 
• At the campus, there is a facility comprising 4 beds with a full-time doctor and an ambulance.
• For advanced care and consultation, the University has a tie-up with a 300 bedded hospital and Medical College by the name of Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).

Gymnasium

• Physical workouts & exercise are good for health. 
• Kalinga University’s experienced & trained instructors help students to ensure a sound body and mind. 
• They have separate fitness centres for the hostel boys and girls. 
• The student fitness centres are at the University campus which has treadmills, stretching machines, suspension trainers, stationary bikes, abdominal benches, cross trainers, and weight training equipment. 
• There are certified Weight & Fitness Trainers as well.
