Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences infrastructure is spread over a massive area of 400 acres. The university is well-equipped with all the required amenities for the holistic development. Hostel: The Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences hostel blocks are separate for boys and girls. With a strength of accommodating over 15000 students, there are 20 hostels for boys and 11 for girls. The rooms are well furnished and secure, with both the options of single occupancy or sharing. Other amenities include a dining hall, clean bathrooms, individual cupboards with locks, wifi facilities, power backup, and a spacious common room. The hostel warden ensures discipline and security.

Library: Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences has a central library stocked with over 15000 different volumes of books and other reference materials. It also has a subscription to 10 national and 46 international journals. Students and teachers access all the books and e-library services like Science Direct, ProQuest and Scopus on the Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences campus.

Lecture Hall: The Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences offer smart classrooms with amenities like an in-built LCD projector, sound system, podium laptop and a laser pointer. The lecture halls are air-conditioned and designed with regard to international standards.

Medical Facilities: Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences infrastructure includes medical facilities within the Dental College and Hospitals inside the campus. The hospital has over 1600 beds and provides free medical checkups and consultancy to all KIIT students. The treatments and other medical costs are also made affordable for the students of KINS.

Convention Centre: Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences infrastructure has a state-of-the-art convention centre. National and International seminars are organised there in addition to housing various amenities. The convention centre has an auditorium, a guest house with 42 suites, 18 conference halls, a 5-acre exhibition ground and a banquet hall.

Sports Facilities: The Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences has one of the biggest indoor courts in the country. Both outdoor and indoor gaming activities are given importance, and infrastructure for the same has been built for students to pursue the sports of their choice.

There are indoor games like table tennis, billiards, carrom, and chess. Indoor courts for badminton, volleyball, and basketball are present. The Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences stretches over 29 acres to facilitate outdoor sports.
