Engineering College has decided to utilize the services of the Placement and Training Efforts to provide employment and requisite skill sets to the forthcoming batches that will pass out of their campus and get employment through campus recruitment.
Focus is from first year to final year students and according to their requirement and expertise they have streamlined their training programs. They aim to impart the right skills for the students’ benefits and development of caliber. For the first year, They aim to achieve imparting Spoken Language Improvement, Study Skills and Personality Development. For the second year, They focus more on social skills, communication skills and personality development. For the third year, Tehy provide career skills along with communication, aptitude, reasoning and analytical abilities, a must for students who graduate to final year of study.
They have designed a well entrenched system of training and development, where each and every student will be trained and molded according to his/her individual caliber. As emphasized it is the employable skills that makes the difference in the lives of all students other than the academic skills which work as a platform for them to excel.
they have taken strident efforts to identify the students training needs, their learning styles and ability inventories so as to match their potential to the industrial demands. they have analyzed the industrial trends to the extent that they can customize their training modules according to the requirements of industrial sectors like core, manufacturing, automobile, services, IT sectors.
They have seamlessly integrated their training department’s efforts with that of the Placement Cell which runs the placement operations as a professional outfit. Constant efforts have been taken to match their candidates to that of individual and group placements arranged in house. A tedious system has been put in place with dedicated staff who shall organize and conduct placement interviews at their Corporate Office.
